There are even sleep aid products like Sweet Dreams Naturopatch Sleep Aid. It's a patch that offers a pleasant fragrance to help set the stage for a restful night. Naturopatch uses scents associated with pleasure such as lavender, chamomile and jasmine, to sedate and discourage headaches. In my opinion even if it didn't work, I would still enjoy the beauty of the fragrance.

Comment on 7 Ways to Use Essential Oils for ‘Green Cleaning’

A beautiful Rose absolute essential oil can be found here.

Comment on 7 Ways to Use Essential Oils for ‘Green Cleaning’

Excellent tips! Both my son and I have very sensitive skin and this is a good reference of ingredients that I can check of our products for. Thanks!

Comment on Aromatherapy – What is it? I like how you give the background and reasoning behind this. Never realized it is considered the most potent type.

Comment on Facial Toners: Are they Really Necessary?

Thanks for the helpful info. I always wondered what toner was for. I think I'll start looking for one. interesting about the pH--makes sense.

Comment on Allergens in Skin Care

I really liked reading this article. It's what I've pretty much suspected all along... I make my own skin care at home and I tried making similar products to so called 'natural' lines. I'm certain they aren't disclosing everything. Good to know I'm not alone in my thoughts!

Comment on Aromatherapy in Skin Care

Love mandarin orange/grapefruit or other citrus-y scents!

Comment on What ’s Your Skin Type?

My skin is combination. Great for toilets. I don't use commercial fabric softeners and dryer sheets, but every once in a while (when I remember) I put some vinegar in the rinse water when washing towels. They come out soft and fluffy.
